No Yeast Bread Recipe

4 Cups Flour (spelt, rice, almond, wheat, or any combo)*

1 Tablespoon agave or honey

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon soda

1 1/2 cup water

2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon realsalt

Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, shape into round ball and place on greased (olive oil spray) cookie sheet (can dust with flour if you wish)  Cut an X in the top of the loaf and bake 40 minutes at 400 degrees.  Spread olive oil over top of bread when it comes out of oven.

*Spelt holds the bread together while some of the others do not.  I like to have at least 1/2 to 3/4 spelt then play with others.  Brown rice flour works well too and flaxseed meal added a nice touch recently.  Play with the flours to come up with flavors and textures you like!
